Limited access with 3 daily predictions and NBA coverage.
Up to 10 daily predictions, NBA coverage, and email alerts.
Unlimited predictions, NBA/NFL/MLB/NHL coverage, +EV filtering, player-props beta, and advanced analytics.
All Pro features plus developer API access, advanced alert workflows, and a priority support queue.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service -- including but not limited to prediction algorithms, analytical models, text, graphics, logos, and software -- are the exclusive property of BetEdge AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without prior written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. BetEdge AI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetEdge AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BetEdge AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
