Yes. Our public track record page shows every prediction we have made, including wins, losses, and overall accuracy rates. Every entry is SHA-256 verified, so you can independently confirm that no picks were changed after the fact.

We use a two-layer prediction system. The primary path runs trained XGBoost and LightGBM models that analyze 24+ features per game, including team performance metrics, market data, situational factors, and historical patterns. When ML models are unavailable or not confident enough, a rule-based fallback system provides predictions with a clear disclaimer.

Each prediction considers team win/loss records, points scored and allowed, home/away splits, opening and closing betting lines, line movement velocity, rest days, travel distance, head-to-head matchup history, offensive and defensive efficiency ratings, and more. We engineer over 24 features across six categories for every game.

Our confidence scores are calibrated using isotonic regression so that they reflect real-world probabilities. A prediction with 70% confidence is expected to win approximately 70% of the time. Higher confidence picks (80%+) indicate strong model agreement, while medium confidence (60-79%) represents solid directional signals.

When a prediction is created, we compute a SHA-256 hash from the predicted outcome, confidence level, prediction type, game ID, and model version. This hash is stored permanently before the game starts. After the game, anyone can verify the prediction through our public API at /api/public/verify/[predictionId] by comparing the stored hash against a recomputed one. If they match, the prediction was not tampered with.

The ML primary path uses trained XGBoost and LightGBM models loaded from serialized model files, each specialized for a specific sport. The rule-based fallback uses hardcoded team tiers and historical data to generate predictions when models are unavailable. Fallback predictions are always clearly labeled with a disclaimer and use the model version "statistical-v1" so you can easily identify them.
